Hi, I’m Annie Frey — a psychotherapist specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders, and I’m deeply passionate about helping people reclaim their lives from fear, doubt, and overwhelming intrusive thoughts. I’m certified as an OCD and anxiety specialist by Dr. Elliot Kaminetzky. I work with adults and teens (ages 13 and up) and treat all forms of OCD — including sensorimotor OCD — along with generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, specific phobias, depression, body-focused repetitive behaviors (such as hair pulling and skin picking) & ARFID. I additionally offer SPACE for parents of children and teens struggling with OCD/anxiety. What matters most to me in therapy is that you feel understood, respected, and supported as a whole person — not just a diagnosis. While ERP is the gold-standard treatment for OCD and anxiety, I often combine it with CBT and/or ACT as these treatment modalities beautifully compliment each other for a stronger result.
