I have immediate openings available as of mid-August. Sessions are scheduled during the work week only. Sessions will use a strengths-based approach, respecting the resilience and resources within all of us while introducing evidence-based strategies to help you manage challenges. Together we will identify treatment goals to help focus sessions. I provide both telehealth sessions and in person therapy sessions. View 7 Photos My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults who are managing adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, bereavement work, coping with medical illness and family conflicts. I also have a golden retriever named Kevin, who is training to be a therapy dog, who often joins sessions.
