I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to help identify thinking patterns and beliefs that may be negatively impacting your mood or behavior. As your therapist, I’m here to provide support, guidance, and to encourage self-compassion. I focus sessions on supporting people through their journey by creating a safe place where growth and change can happen. I am a bilingual (English, Spanish) licensed independent clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience treating adults with symptoms related to depression, anxiety, loss, and stress.
