Hi, I’m Annie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I provide a warm, safe, and collaborative space where you can feel truly heard and supported. I specialize in trauma-informed care and am trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 1 & Level 2), EMDR, and Brainspotting (Phase 1 and Phase 2). These evidence-based approaches allow me to help clients heal from past wounds, reconnect with their strengths, and build resilience.
