Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you are here. My name is Annie, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist here in San Diego. I work with individuals, children, and couples who are ready to create meaningful change by deepening their emotional awareness and insight. Many of my clients come to therapy navigating anxiety, trauma, difficulties with emotion regulation, or relationship distress that feels overwhelming and confusing. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and explore how past experiences may be shaping your present relationships and emotional responses. In a warm and supportive therapeutic space, we’ll engage in honest reflection while also building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and secure. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Attachment Theory, and I practice Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and the Gottman Method.
