My goal is to be present with you through any challenges you may be facing, while using those challenges as a powerful opportunity for healing and growth. I work with clients struggling with life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship issues, drawing from evidence-based practices including person-centered therapy, ACT, CBT, and parts work therapy. My therapeutic style is rooted in warmth, compassion, understanding, and authenticity.
