Hello! At some point or another, we all benefit from talking to another person to work through problems, explore who we are, or just get thoughts or feelings outside of our head. I'd love to be that external person for you! With an emphasis on human connection, our sessions may look different week to week. Some weeks there might be a focus on problem solving, others an exploration of patterns, and some may just be talking about things (we call this externalizing!). From young kids to older adults, we face transitions in every stage of life. I'm here to listen without judgement and help you navigate anything life throws your way!
