Throughout my career I have assisted clients with challenges with depression, anxiety, self-esteem related challenges, as well as with diagnoses that include Bipolar, Major Depressive, Schizoaffective, Schizophrenia, General Anxiety Disorder, PTSD and other mood disorders and psychoses, as well as Personality Disorders, and challenges triggered by daily life including financially, family, interpersonal and romantic relationships, and employment related. Additionally, I am a certified Career Development Facilitator, which allows me to assist clients with career issues and the psychological challenges that may be related. The assistance or specialty I can offer a client is based on a love of my work, and love of exploring a challenge to identify its origin so we can use that to apply the proper clinical intervention and assist the client with reducing their difficulties. The clinical approaches I have found helpful are psychodynamic developmental approach as well as CBT/DBT.
