Hello, and thanks for stopping by! I hold a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology and I focus on the behavioral patterns of my clients to promote their optimal well-being. I strive to work with clients to create and define their safe space in a non-judgmental, empathic environment. I am committed to helping my clients navigate life transitions to help them discover fulfillment in their daily lives. I also love working with at-risk youth and young adults and offer counseling services as an added value through Open Path. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, post-baby issues, co-dependency, life transitions, and relationship issues. I also teach and support clients in establishing healthy boundaries.
