Often, the wounds of our past, particularly those from childhood, can resurface in our lives, manifesting as isolation and fear. My goal is to create a safe space for you, a place where you can feel secure and understood, and equip you with the tools to heal these tender parts. I work with individual adults, teens, couples, and families, focusing on communication, conflict resolution, trauma, identity formation, anxiety, and depression. I also work with couples who are navigating fears and reservations around emotional and physical intimacy. I welcome clients who wish to incorporate Christian faith into their therapy.
