It can be hard to find someone you can trust to talk to about the hard stuff in life. Sometimes it feels like others don’t understand or the things you’ve been doing just aren’t working anymore. When life gets lifey, having a positive support and implementing new strategies can help you move through stressful times. I’ve spent my career helping those who have been in difficult places. I’m reminded of the Japanese art of Kintsugi which mends broken pottery with gold to make the refinished item beautiful and more resilient. You are not broken.
