Greetings! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years’ experience working in both private practice and non-profit settings I have experience counseling an array of populations including children, adults, and seniors in individual, family, couples, and group therapy .Often people seek psychotherapy when they are going through a rough patch. I encourage clients, when they are feeling vulnerable, to make positive changes and move their lives forward. I practice relational therapy, and allow the client has full rein of self-expression, without the clinician interrupting or judging. I also use a cognitive behavioral approach, in which we process the client's feelings and thoughts around events and look at how the client reacted. - if needed, we'll look at strategies to respond better to testy situations.
