My ideal client is someone who feels stuck in patterns of anxiety, depression, developmental hurdles, or relational discord. They may be an adolescent wrestling with self-esteem and behavioral concerns, an adult overwhelmed by persistent worry or low mood, or partners caught in cycles of conflict and misunderstanding. Many carry the weight of past traumas or limiting beliefs that undermine their confidence and well-being.
