If unresolved trauma, attachment wounds, or painful relationship patterns are leaving you anxious, disconnected, or stuck, you are not alone. I work with adults who want to understand and transform the deeper roots of their suffering, including complex family histories, chronic anxiety, and experiences that still shape the way they move through the world. Many of the people who seek me out have tried traditional talk therapy and felt that they were circling the same insights without meaningful change.
