I believe real change starts with genuine connection, holding space for the difficult, and gently shifting the patterns and behaviors that no longer serve us. If you've found your way here, you—or someone you care about—might be looking for something to feel different, even if you're not quite sure what that is yet. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I'm here to walk alongside you, not as an expert on your life, but as a supportive presence to help you clarify your goals, explore the parts of ourselves we tend to shy away from, develop healthy relationships, and nurture a stronger sense of self-love and acceptance. Throughout my career, I've supported children, couples, and families in both clinical and non-clinical settings to navigate crises, manage grief, anxiety and depression, and strengthen relationships. Primarily using strengths-based approaches, I help clients access their innate capacity for positive change to gradually become their own therapist.
