As an openly gay, bi-cultural man, I know what it’s like to push yourself to fit into spaces that weren’t built with you in mind. I specialize in working with gay men, trans and non-binary people, and couples or partners of all kinds. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns of shame, people-pleasing, disconnection, or recurring conflict. I offer an affirming, grounded (and often times silly) space to explore identity, intimacy, and relational patterns with honesty and care. I work with couples and partners across diverse relationship structures, including monogamous, open, polyamorous, lifestyle/swinger, and kink-based dynamics. Using Internal Family Systems, attachment-based work, and Gottman-informed tools, I help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate boundaries, and deepen connection—or consciously uncouple with clarity and respect.
