At Solidarity, one of our main values is community. Through community, we can heal the parts of ourselves that have been rejected and marginalized against. As a queer, trans, neurodivergent, and chronically ill person, I understand what it is like to desire safety, lose connection to your authentic self, and long for a world that will embrace all of you. As someone who "gets it" I offer you the following invitation: Let's rebel together in our own individuality. I believe that therapy creates a space that empowers you to develop community within yourself, the outside world, and encourages you to create a new narrative. I'm not your run-of-the-mill therapist - As a rebellious individual, I am also a rebellious therapist, who advocates for community, anti-oppression, liberation, and autonomy. My approach to therapy is all about breaking free from socially given labels, rejecting pathologizing language, and inviting you to decolonize your narrative. All parts of you matter!
