My approach is psychodynamic and relational while firmly rooted in trauma-focused practice. I commit our work to gaining trust and empathy to be able to work towards exploring past experiences and develop deepened self-awareness. Through this awareness, it is possible to challenge past narratives and heal deep traumas to possibly gain insight into one’s self-actualization.
