I go by Tony. I live in Tampa Bay, Florida. I earned my LCSW and MPH at University of South Florida. I’ve worked as a therapist/counselor for 10 years. I have a personal mindful and meditative practice of 20 years as well as am a yoga instructor. My passion in life is learning and helping people with discovering the best version of themselves. I try to do 3 things: Get organized, ask you some questions, then talk about what brings you to therapy. Psychotherapy can be one of the most meaningful things to do but also can be challenging.
