We all have a story, our life’s journey to the present moment; a set of experiences that has contributed to our brain’s development and the way we interact with the world. Sometimes the path we are on becomes dark and we could use a guide to point us towards the light. Around 90% of the United States population has endured at least one traumatic event in their life, trauma drastically affects the body and needs to be appropriately processed. I provide quality, compassionate, and confidential care to every individual by using a collaborative approach that supports them in navigating the many challenges we may face in our lifetime.
