As an intern therapist, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to therapy. My experience driving a special needs school bus deepened my understanding of unique challenges faced by clients and their families. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and respected. Utilizing a solution-focused approach, I help clients build on their strengths, clarify goals, and move toward meaningful change. I’m genuinely excited about my clients’ possible futures and honored to support them as they grow, heal, and create lives that feel more aligned and fulfilling. I help people sort through what’s feeling stuck and move toward what they want more of in their lives. I offer a warm, curious, and safe space focused on strengths, clarity, and real-life next steps.
