I’ve spent over 15 years in the mental health field helping people untangle stress, depression and life patterns that keep them feeling stuck. I work with adults and adolescents who are experiencing: anxiety, depression and low motivation, trauma and PTSD, adolescents in the legal system, behavioral issues, relationship and attachment issues, burnout, feelings of being overwhelmed, life transitions, grief and loss.
