I'm open to seeing new clients! I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults who are neurodivergent, including those with autism and ADHD, as well as individuals navigating identity questions, trauma, and life transitions. My style is friendly, calm, inquisitive, and empowering, helping you feel comfortable and understood. With over 13 years of experience working in both English and Spanish, I’ve helped clients reduce stress, build coping skills, and find greater confidence in themselves. Therapy with me is about going at your pace in a supportive, welcoming space where growth feels possible. Outside of work, I enjoy bowling! I’ve worked across schools, hospitals, and community programs, which taught me the importance of meeting people where they are. My approach is flexible and collaborative, using strategies that fit your strengths and lifestyle. Whether you’re managing everyday stress or bigger life changes, we’ll focus on tools that feel doable and lasting.
