My goal in life is to utilize my strengths and experience to assist those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated by repeating patterns related to stress, relationships, emotional regulation, or substance use to find the serenity that they seek. They may be navigating recovery, legal or life transitions, or struggling to manage anxiety or depression. They are open to honest conversation, practical feedback, and learning skills they can apply outside of sessions. They want therapy to be structured, supportive, and focused on real-life change rather than just talking.
