Life gets rough – it can be overwhelming and difficult to manage at times. It may feel like no one is listening or understands the struggles you’re going through. My goal is to provide a safe and affirming space for you. You’ll have a voice to tell your story, express your emotions, and not feel judged. Everyone has their own unique experiences and although I may not have experienced your situation and circumstances, I'm willing to do the work and listen to everything you have to say. As a 1.5 gen Chinese-American, I also understand the difficulties of navigating through racism, family dynamics, clashing values, and identity.
