I'm licensed in California and Connecticut. I believe that healing unfolds in relationship to self, to others, to the land, animals, and to the generations who came before us. I use a psychoanalytic and ecopsychological approach grounded in ancestral wisdom that is gentle and collaborative. Whether we meet in the consulting room, on my farm, or via telehealth, my intention is to offer a space of warmth, depth, and connection—to heal and become the person you wish to be.
