Valuing the therapeutic relationship as primary, I enjoy working with clients at deep structural levels to promote insight, healing and integration. Paramount to this process is bringing awareness and understanding to the ways in which past conditioning and experiences impact how we see and relate to ourselves and others. The goal is to facilitate ever more conscious, authentic and compassionate ways of relating to the self, others and the world. While my foundational training is in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, I pull on a variety of techniques and approaches tailored to fit the specific needs of the individual, couple or family.
