Toni has specialized training in DBT and has developed her therapeutic skills working as a Crisis Intervention Counselor, group therapy leader, and individual therapist over the past twenty-three years. She has conducted seminars to both professionals and the local community, detailing the value and effectiveness of this evidence-based therapy. Additionally, she recently expanded her area of expertise to include EMDR; this training provides her with additional techniques to quickly and non-intrusively treat clients who experience trauma from disturbing life experiences.
