Hello, my name is Antolyn Rosales. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the SF Bay Area in California. I received my Master's from the University of San Francisco. My specialty is providing psychoeducation and therapy to individuals and families to help manage difficult emotions and cope with stressors while fostering meaningful interactions. My therapy style is unique. I utilize principles and strategies from Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Behavior Therapy to help make change. My experience spans all development levels and age groups, ranging from 2 years to 65 years of age. In the first session, we will discuss why you are seeing me. I will gather information about you and your relationships with others, past and current life experiences, and problems that are causing you to feel "stuck" and unhappy. I will discuss what I can and cannot do and collaborate with you on a treatment plan.
