I work with adults individually and also see children along with their parents. I practice from a psychodynamic framework to address issues including relationship challenges, school and professional issues, family conflict, trauma, identity exploration, anxiety and depression. I believe in the importance of fostering a secure, trusting therapeutic relationship. In session, I help create a space where we can process difficult experiences, identify and resolve unhelpful patterns, manage current stressors, and explore relationship difficulties. Through this process, you can experience greater self-understanding and emotional growth.
