I work best with individuals who are seeking a deeper sense of control and clarity in their lives, couples who want to strengthen their connection, and families who are struggling to communicate and understand one another. These are the moments where I believe therapy can be truly transformative—and where I feel most called to help. As an African-American therapist, I am also passionate about supporting young men in my community, especially those who may find it difficult to express or manage their emotions. Many grow up without someone they feel safe opening up to, and I strive to be a steady, affirming presence for those in need.
