I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a proud Army veteran. Serving in the military taught me resilience, discipline, and how to face tough challenges head-on, and I bring that same mindset into the work I do with my clients. I know reaching out isn’t easy, but it shows real courage. I help adults and fellow veterans navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma find tools and support that actually work in everyday life.
