Trauma comes in all forms and my goal is to walk beside my clients on their healing journey. Using EMDR, CBT and Motivational Interviewing I help my clients learn new ways to achieve and sustain their goals. Life can be a hard journey as we deal with an assortment of issues throughout our life span. Trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, family problems and overcoming childhood trauma just to name a few. My clients will be the first to tell you that they are not alone, I am with them and will be with you every step of the way. I work with both individuals and couples. These modalities help a broad spectrum of issues and traumas. I have my CAS and I work with those dealing with substance abuse as well as their loved ones.
