We all have anxiety. Some anxiety is actually good for us; too much can be debilitating. An estimated 40 million American adults suffer with overwhelming fear and anguish that interferes with daily life activities to the point of being considered an anxiety disorder. My mission as counselor and owner of Anxiety Tamer Counseling Services is to provide an environment where adult anxiety sufferers can safely submit themselves to self-evaluation leading them to courageously face what they fear ultimately finding peace of mind and freedom in life. This is accomplished through various structured evidenced based counseling methods and techniques. I don't treat all populations or issues & concerns. I specialize in treating adults with anxiety disorders. Since my focus is on one area & not a multitude of areas, I am able to stay up to date with current treatment methods in order to provide the most effective care.
