I am a therapist but I also have sat in the client's seat. I'm here to help you navigate the ups, the downs, and everything in between. Whether we're diving deep into your past, tackling the "mental gymnastics" of your brain, meditating together, processing, gaining insight, or simply sharing some laughs along the way...therapy with me is all about making progress while feeling heard, seen, and validated as we simultaneously embrace our humanity.
