Karisa is a Licensed Professional Counselor in AZ and CA as well as a Yoga Teacher and Equine Assisted Psychotherapist specializing in trauma and crisis resolution models. She started her career in community mental health working with the Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) population. She currently works with all levels of mental health.
