I focus on the strengths of clients rather than pathology, applying such therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I have always been a proponent of empowering clients and couples by individualizing treatment and employing resilience and self awareness. I have worked with clients with anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, adjustment disorders, substance abuse, trauma and relationship issues.
