Led by Owner/Director, Heather DiDomenico, LPC, Bridges Wellness Collective (formerly known as Bridges Counseling) works with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families stuck in familiar but ineffective patterns of coping. Therapists guide clients through the process of change where keys to solutions are courageously uncovered. We believe that strong relationship building and the development of an effective treatment plan involving insight and transformation.
