I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), and I work with kids, teens, and adults. I help people who are living with diagnosis such as addiction, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, stress, and trauma. I’m also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Counselor so I specialize in substance use and trauma, as well. If you’re struggling with any of these concerns, I’d love to connect and talk about a personalized approach to help you cope in a way that works best for you. I don’t believe therapy is one-size-fits-all. Everyone’s unique and special so I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, brief intervention therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to fit what you need.
