My name is Emma and I'm the owner of Appa Therapy, PLLC. It can be scary to start your therapy journey and you should be proud you made it here! I take a relational perspective in therapy and don't believe in defining someone by their symptoms. However, these symptoms such as anxiety, depression, or anger can get in the way of what we want to be able to accomplish in our lives and make even the happy elements harder to enjoy. I can help provide a space to understand these difficult emotions that hang over you so you can accomplish your goals, whatever they may be. I am not accepting reunification clients.
