Everyone has gone through situations that affect their mental health and wellness. Too often, we internalize this and blame ourselves instead of seeking support and care. As a warm, dynamic and effective therapist I can help you break this cycle and find healing. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort and I work with clients to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters change and healing. I have worked with folks of all ages and walks of life and have a focus on those who are navigating life transitions, including young adults and the queer community.
