I believe there are many reasons that a person may seek out counseling. I value your experiences and concerns are unique to you and therefore, understand the importance of listening to your story. With an individualistic approach, I believe that we can work collaboratively for you to understand your situation with greater self-awareness and identify your own personal strengths which will empower you to cope with circumstances more effectively. I have 17 years of experience serving individuals and families in community, educational and hospital based systems providing assessment, crisis services, case management, therapy and linkage of care services. Areas of concern include depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment difficulty and behavior concerns. I am available both individuals and families.
