In facing many of my own challenges as a young adult, I struggled and made many poor decisions. I found psychology and social work fascinating for understanding human nature and building on my own personal strengths. Working in behavioral health over the past 20+ years with many different populations, I have found that recovery is for everyone. Every person defines that differently and inherently has the power within. My job is to assist you in finding that meaning for you. Lived experience has value and teaches us all that we are capable and empowers us to move forward.
