I am a Counseling INTERN under the supervision of Britany Suttle, LPC, NCC. You carry a lot: family, work, school, grief, and everybody else's feelings. You may be starting to feel it in your body, your sleep, and your mood. I'm a counseling intern who works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and old wounds that still show up in the present. In our sessions, you don't have to be "on". You get a warm, straightforward space where we can slow down, make sense of what's happening, and build real tools you can use outside of session.
