Hi there, I'm April Kitchens, LCSW. I practice as a Licensed Therapist in the states of Texas and Mississippi. I am passionate about helping others during struggles in their lives. I have 10+ years of experience assisting others during some of the most challenging times of their lives. I have an extensive history in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. We live in a world where we are in constant "go mode". Many of us feel as though we can't slow down long enough to process our lives. The constant chaos, along with the trauma that many of us carry around, can affect how we step forward in life. I'm here to help. I specialize in ERP, CBT, and ACT Therapy. I treat OCD, anxiety, depression, and other anxiety-based diagnoses. ERP has been shown to be the most effective treatment for OCD as well as other anxiety disorders.
