My name is Arcelia Ibarra, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New Mexico. I provide telehealth therapy services to clients statewide. I use a Holistic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach when working with clients. I work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship issues. My approach is client-centered, and strength based using Holistic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This approach helps understand how thoughts, feelings, and behavior can impact each other and allows us to work towards positive patterns.
