My ideal clients are bright, insightful adults, often with advanced education or lived wisdom, who on some level feel disconnected despite outward stability. Most have carried childhood roles like hero, caretaker, lost child, or scapegoat into adulthood. Some build careers; others raise families—many do both. Yet they often feel lonely, frustrated or unfulfilled in their relationships and/or careers. I work equally well with men and women of all ages. Whether outwardly successful or quietly holding it all together, they’re ready to stop performing and start truly living.
