My name is Archelena “Dee Dee” McDonald, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. My main desire in providing care is to "meet the client where they're at". Some of my experience has involved working with couples and families to establish effective communication, supporting individuals who are struggling with life transitions (e.g. starting a new relationship, mourning a loss), and helping clients to process childhood traumas. My goal in every interaction is to provide resourceful tools that will empower my clients to feel well equipped to live a fulfilling life despite unforeseeable circumstances.
