My goal is to provide a relaxing and a healing environment where you can address your concerns with life's challenges and difficulties. I will help you build insight, explore and challenge thoughts as a way to improve overall mental health and core healing. I can provide services that span from individual therapy to marriage and family counseling in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. I am a Registered Intern Mental Health Counselor with the State of Florida. I have a Master of Science degree, and had completed extensive additional training for therapeutic work with individuals, marriage and family. I am also experienced in helping families and individuals with varied concerns such as depression, anxiety, relational problems, and sexual abuse.
