My areas of focus include eating disorders and relational trauma. I am passionate about helping those healing from or navigating narcissistic relationships, seeking self-identity, facing career challenges, or dealing with negative body image or relationship to food. My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma informed, psychodynamic, relational, person-centered, and evidence-based modalities (EMDR) — striving to blend depth psychology with solution-focused strategies. I aim to create a space fueled by empathy but not absent of directness, challenge, creativity and humor when appropriate.
